Crt slaps 1.5 mln rbl fine on Google for non-filtering search results
MOSCOW, Aug 10 (PRIME) -- A magistrate of the Tagansky District of Moscow has fined Google for 1.5 million rubles for showing the resources banned in Russia in the search results, PRIME reported on Monday.
“An administrative fine of 1.5 million rubles was imposed, and the decision came in force,” a spokesperson for the court said.
Google was punished for repeated non-fulfilment of its obligations not to show the information resources, the access to which was forbidden in the country by law.
